My experience at this hotel was filled with ups and downs. The beautiful exterior and initial impressions were overshadowed by inconsistent service and a frustrating elevator situation. While the location was convenient for what I needed, the room did leave something to be desired in terms of amenities and cleanliness. Overall, I can't say I would recommend this place given the issues I encountered.
